Rachel Goulet

Amali's Executive Chef is a native Californian pirate and self-taught chef who has been working in professional kitchens since the age of 13.

While "studying" in Lombardy, Italy she travelled, cooked in Venice, Lake Como & Provence, and developed a palpable connection to Mediterranean cuisine.

In 2011, she moved to Brooklyn to work at Italian stalwart Al Di La and was promoted to Executive Chef of Amali in 2014.
